The short answer is no. The reality is that strength training should be in everyone’s weekly routine. What will happen is you’ll tone up and create lean muscle whilst you burn fat.
We’ll start you slow, but you get you results fast! We’ll be able to coach you and get you the results you want regardless of your experience levels. Whether you’re a first-timer or you do have some past exercise, we’ve got you covered.
Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!
After 6 weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of more energy right from when you wake up in the morning to throughout the whole day.

Never in a million years would I think I could get up and be at the gym for 6am most mornings. The energy and drive going to Crossfit has given me is amazing. Love the coaches, and the team community vibe. I completed the kickstarter and now signed up as a member. I joined to get fitter for my mountain biking and it sure is helping! I have lost inches, and gained muscle. As a self confessed CHIP & BREAD addict, I haven’t touched either since I started!!!
I had virtually no experience with a barbell prior to that. I had only ever done long distance running. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. There are days I walk into the gym now and still have no idea what I’m getting myself into, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. The gym has taken me from a size 10 runner with no strength, through pregnancy to a new mother carrying (a bit too much) baby weight and now I’m fitter and stronger than ever. The place keeps me sane. The coaching and support from every single member of staff is top notch. There’s still plenty I can’t do, but that’s ok because there is always an alternative and/or a progression. It’s the type of exercise anyone can do, it’s scalable to what is challenging for you. The community they have created is amazing. All members encourage each other, and help each other out. The friends I’ve made in the last 3.5-4 years are much more than gym friends. And not forgetting the social events summer bbqs, nights out, charity events. I make the most of them all I don’t know any other gym that is as friendly, supportive, or as fun.
