  • Will I get bulky by taking part in the Strong Now Challenge?

The short answer is no. The reality is that strength training should be in everyone’s weekly routine. What will happen is you’ll tone up and create lean muscle whilst you burn fat.

  • What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but you get you results fast! We’ll be able to coach you and get you the results you want regardless of your experience levels. Whether you’re a first-timer or you do have some past exercise, we’ve got you covered.

  • What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored to accommodate your needs if you do have any injuries, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!

  • What can I expect after 6 weeks of the Get Strong Now Challenge?

After 6 weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect of the word! You’ll look better, feel better and have bundles of more energy right from when you wake up in the morning to throughout the whole day.

Unity Fitness is a great way to socially interact with new people and meet new friends as everyone is very welcoming and every member are very friendly in the gym. Everyone is helping one another and the amazing coaches work with you to help you achieve your specific individual goals.

I first started with Zara at the start of March, just after recently broken my wrist and I didn’t think I could do any time of exercise as I’ve never done any in my life! But Zara always made a way to incorporate some type around my broken wrist. All I really wanted was to tone up but now it’s June and I’ve never feel so comfortable in my own body and more confident. And this is all thanks to Zara who has helped so much and even giving out her own equipment from the gym so we could continue our sessions weekly! There’s still room for improvement and I’m excited to see what happens once the gym reopens!
